The name’s Josh Morrow and I’m the man behind this curtain! I have a true passion for writing and knowledge, so I figured I’d give this blog buzz a go! I guess I can attribute my interest in blogging to some recent inspirations from several blogs that I read daily. Perhaps the day will come when I have a true fan following of thousands upon thousands… until then, I am giving it my all! (When I reach that point, I plan to hire bloggers to write for me)(Just kidding!)

I’m a 19-year old dude living in the U.S. of A.! In addition to writing, I have an affinity for fitness and nutrition. I’m a college student by day and a personal trainer by night. I guess you could say I’m a fitness fanatic. Then again, my approach to fitness is different from most. It’s not about being fit, ripped, or whatever. It’s about the goal-setting— setting a goal and then smashing it, only to set another goal for myself. It keeps my life organized and leaves me feeling good. I consider it more of a lifestyle than a hobby.
We all need fitness. If you are one of those that “dillydally” throughout the day, setting time side to exercise will benefit your health tremendously. In addition to a fit body, you will have more energy and less stress. You will feel great!
I have made it my mission to open up my own gym or training facility in the near future. As for now, I want to share my knowledge and help you become a better person, mentally and physically!
